Joy's Success Story
Joy came to me seeking assistance with weight loss and conditioning with the goal to ride a Century (100 mile ride) on her bike. One caveat--she had a torn meniscus in her left knee and an old shoulder injury. But, with dietary adjustments, yoga therapy exercises for the shoulder, gentle yoga for the knee (post-surgery) and core conditioning work, Joy is making great progress toward her goals. She has lost a total of 16 inches so far, and recently rode the 65 mile route in the Tour De Corn! And she's not done yet!
