From a slump to a 5K!

I was in a real slump. My weight was up. I felt bloated. I had worked out with numerous trainers over the years and while I always learn a little about exercise form and techniques, I could never lose the weight!! I was stuck at 128 for 5 years. It wasn't until I started training with Katie that I finally was able to break the slump. I was so depressed my husband intervened and looked up personal trainers in our area. That was the luckiest day because that is how I found my personal trainer, Katie. I actually see my stomach muscles and have a waist again. My 2011 goal is to lose remaining 16 pound, get off the medication and Katie and I plan to run in a 5k race in March! Katie is great!! I would not have been able to do this alone. I can always reach Katie by phone or email; she tracks my food intake, and she is so flexible with my crazy schedule. Thanks Katie. I'm looking forward to reaching my goals with your help in 2011.
