Jason's Success Story
I took over training Jason after his trainer left to go work at another facility. Jason's work ethic was great so it wasn't hard to get him to work hard. After about 2 - 3 months Jason had put in about 15 pounds. Quality pounds, going from 130 to about 145 and bench pressing almost 100 lbs. more over his body weight, deadlift 350lbs. and squatting more than 330 lbs. He also participated in a Warrior Run ( Tough Mudder) and was able completed it while helping his team members with his determination and encouragement. Way to go Mighty Mite.
