Michelle's Success Story
Michelle began her journey in a weight loss class. After excelling in her class, she then graduated to bootcamp classes, and continued to excel over time. After a few months of taking my classes, she reached out to me for one:one personal training. In just one years time, she lost 10% more bodyfat, and has since competed in strength shows! She is now preparing for a physique competition, as she finds that this helps her stay accountable toward her goals.
