Karen's Success Story
Karen started at over 200 pounds and 36% body fat. She didn't care what she ate, drank 4-6 sodas daily, and didn't do any physical activity during the day. She started out walking daily and from there I moved her into circuit training and cardio for 4 weeks, then into high rep split training and cardio for 4 weeks, then in low rep split and cardio. Combining HITT and concurrent training. Karen is now 134 pounds and 23% body fat.
