My first client came to me to get ready for middle school football in the fall. As we worked this summer, I saw his agility, speed, strength, and fitness improve. We did progressively more difficult workouts over the summer. His form improved significantly in squats, which indicated greater muscular strength. Even with time off for his vacations, over two and a half months, he cut two minutes and 28 seconds off of his mile time. He gained six pounds and reduced his body fat by 3%.
