Tony's Success Story

I trained with Myra Robinson for 9 months. She taught me how to build muscle and improve my cardiovascular endurance. I compared the numbers of two physicals I had- one before I started training with Myra, and one after 9 months of training with Myra:
Total Cholesterol 226 -> 183
LDL 154 ->104
HDL 47 -> 58
Triglycerides 149 ->106
LDL/HDL Ratio: 3.3 ->1.8
In short, I significantly lowered my risk of heart attack and diabetes, meaning I get to be around longer for my wife & kids. She was tough, but fun to work with. I can't thank her enough!
