Joan's Success Story
Joan is a highly motivated person who started running in May 2011 to lose weight. Soon Joan realized she need to firm the muscle that was being revealed as she lost fat.
Her strength training program began in December 2011. Joan was highly dedicated to changing her diet and continued to run on a treadmill during the winter. By July 2012, Joan had lost a total of 88 pounds of fat.
Joan's arms were sculpted, her abs were trim, and her runner's legs were strong and showed good muscle definition.
My program for Joan included balance, stability, plyometrics and strength training for the entire body.
