Training with Josh helped me to reach a point that I didn't think I could get to. I had gone to the gym for brief spurts in the past, but would always lose motivation or find some excuse to stop going. I trained with Josh several times a week for nearly a year and was inarguably the best shape of my life as a result. I had lost weight overall while adding muscle and definition. He helped me to stay on track during times that I was less motivated. Additionally, I learned a great deal about exercises, techniques, and muscle groups.
