Edith's Success Story
This year I finally decided to step foot in a gym. Little did I know that my life would greatly change for the better. I knew I needed help when I weighed in at 186 lbs.
Meryl Hawk took me under her wing and guided me towards my goal of becoming a fit and healthy person.
She is not only a great motivator, she is much, much more – she taught me nutrition, dieting plans that work, proper working out methods and techniques, and I must say, I am at the best fitness level of my life.
She replied to my text whenever I had doubts about eating certain foods. Every workout she had for me made me overcome countless obstacles. I must say she trained me very well.
After about 2 months, I lost over 20 lbs, and I can’t even count the number of inches off my waist.
I know that I am still a work in progress, but I have finally been properly trained for a better life. I owe it all to Meryl Hawk.
