Michelle's Success Story


My name is Michelle and I am a mother of two. After I had my second baby (just over a year ago) I decided I needed to do something major to get back in shape. I was referred to Emily and to tell the truth I was nervous about meeting with a trainer, but 10 months and and 40 pounds later it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Emily is awesome, her programs make getting fit fun! I have been attending Boot Camp and training with Emily one day a week on the TRX and I feel incredible!! I decided to do the 21 Day Belly Blast Challenge as a way to push through the plateau I was experiencing. The Belly Blast Program is not a diet, it shows you how you should be eating, it is amazing the amount of energy you have and how great you feel after the first week of the program.
