Bryana's Success Story

I did not have to convince here. She was highly motivated. She followed a meal plan and I train her 3x a week. Started at 187lbs and lost over 20lbs in less than 3 months. She has not reached her goal weight but there is no doubt she will smashed it.

This is a result of a meal plan that's customized for her and lifting weights. Very little cardio.
