One of the best things I ever gave myself was to take a personal training course from Laurel. I originally was very skeptical and thought, well, I'll just go for a month, then 3 months, and now it's been a year. It has kept me on track to work out and pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself. I feel strong and healthy. Laurel is great at planning out the workout and mixing it up so that you don't become bored. I can't recommend Laurel enough . . . do it for yourself . . .you won't regret it! - Karen
