David 's Success Story
I started training David shortly after a break.He didn't feel good about himself physically and mentally. We worked out 3 times a week together and he worked out so hard, but his food and nutrition took a little longer to get under control. We started with small changes and tweaked it as we went along. I don't have a before picture, but I'm not sure you would see the biggest change in a picture anyway. David lost 15lbs, 4.5% body fat and many inches. However, the biggest change was his self confidence and how healthy he felt inside and out.
