Wayne's Success Story
Over the last decade I have worked out with a number of different trainers, all of whom have had a similar approach to training. Jordan's approach was different. He began by focusing on my "core", all the while taking the time to educate me as to the reason for each exercise. My workouts were always varied, which my other trainers had never done. Within 6 to 8 weeks I had noticed a significant improvement in my strength and shape, as well as meaningfully improving my balance and flexibility (and abs!!). I also now have sufficient knowledge to work out confidently by myself when I am out of town and thus keep my "workout momentum" going. I would recommend Jordan to anyone who is serious about creating a long-term improvement in strength, fitness and flexibility.
