I have always been active and athletic but I came to CORE after a period in my life where I had lost both my edge and my consistency in working out and I needed help in jump starting my workout program. In about three months of working with Amy (usually 3 times a week), I was back at my college weight and had made great strides in reenergizing my fitness routine. In the year since, I have continued my workout program on my own and have been able to maintain and even improve the results I saw with Amy by using the techniques she taught me. Amy is very pleasant and easy to work with and, although she will push you, she does so with compassion and understanding. She’s the best!
