After slacking on her exercise for many months while finishing nursing school and starting her career inches and a few pounds appeared. But after only 2 short months of consistent strength training and cardio sessions with me twice a week she shed 4 inches around her waist, 1 inch off hips, and decreased overall body fat. Even greater though she's developed a habit of exercise and is now working out on her own!!!
