John's Success Story
John was a priest who had followed an exercise routine in over 20 years. John wanted to become a chaplin in the navy, which meant he had to meet their physical fitness standards. When John and I met, he had about 50 lbs to lose before he could start his new job. John worked incerdibly hard and showed remarkable dedication. We met 3 times per week, never missing a session, and completely changed his diet program. John lost over 60 lbs in 3 months!
