Cinnamin's Success Story
Cinnamin has been dedicated in achieving a healthy weight the right way, through healthy eating and consistent exercise. She began this journey on her own and then joined a Reforming U Boot Camp in order to push herself even more. Cinnamin then added personal training with Sheila, which gave an additional boost to her fitness routine. Cinnamin's hard work clearly shows in the "before" and "after" shot seen below. How has Reforming U helped you in your journey to get healthy?
Reforming U has given me the support system I was missing. You can get healthy on your own, but it is so much better and easier with a support system to help keep you encouraged and staying focused on a mutual goal. Reforming U has also helped take me to the next level of my workout and see amazing results I would have never seen continuing on my own.
What is the best compliment you have received?
Just got it today, when posted my before/after picture in one of my FB workout groups“”Dayum Girl!! You even look YOUNGER!” *all smiles over here* lol
What advice do you have for others wanting to lose weight?
My advice would be to keep track of your daily intake of food, drink lots and lots of water and cardio at least 3x a week.
What are your keys for success?
Self Discipline is my key. I started out dieting and exercising by myself and it was one of the hardest thing I’ve ever done on my own.
What has changed in your life since you became fit?
My self-confidence is extremely higher. I feel so much better in my clothes (new clothes that is) and I have a lot more energy.
Anything else to add?
Even though getting started was hard, the results are well worth it. I now love working out and encouraging others to start a healthy lifestyle of eating right and exercising.
