Arleen's Success Story

Hi Lisa! I just love what you did for me. Even though we have not been here for more than two weeks at a time, we have been able to stay focused better than I thought we would. I still have a long way to go but I can see the difference in my stamina and figure. I went from a 38D to a 34D since I was down here last year. I bought a new (size 12 Gottex) bathing suit down here this time last year. Yesterday I bought a new size 10 (same brand). I think my arms look better too although I have a lot more to do in that area. I need to do the bike more instead of walking ( I think) because the knee to thigh area is not getting worked enough. I have more strength in my arms now. Yes! I still need to cut down on bread but it is sooo good here. I think it will be easy to do that when I get home. I also need to work on my mid-section. Even with all my problem areas, I am slimmer than most of my friends down here and have much more stamina. I am doing intervals running and walking too! Thank you!
