Broken ankle doesn't slow this girl down!

The first week of May I broke my left ankle. Orthopedic Doctor’s note said that I had to cast the leg for 2½ months and then put on an orthopedic boot until them idle of September. To follow with rehab for 2 to 4 weeks! I decided that I needed to do some type of work out because I was a jogger and I knew the lack of exercise would almost definitely result in weight gain and loss of muscle mass.
I am so lucky to have found Lisa at 3D Fitness. The 1st day I walked into the studio I had a cast on my left leg and used crutches to help me walk. Lisa immediately assessed my injury and started a workout program that strengthened my core and the leg muscles to be better able to carry the weight of my injured leg without sacrificing my good leg.
It’s amazing and miraculous; not only did the Doctors remove my boot 3 weeks before they had planned. But I am stronger in my upper body, I have lost weight, and gained muscle mass, and best of all my body is toned and healthy.
I can honestly say the Lisa was the one that made my road to recovery possible. I will forever be grateful!
