Patricia's Success Story
In preparation for my wedding day, I decided to look for a personal trainer. Working out on my own was just not giving me the results I wanted. I met with Michelle and she was so well organized and gave me some great tips on how to eat healthier and what I needed to do right from the start. I met with her at least once a week and she pushed me to do the best I could when training. In less than 3 months I saw the inches coming off. At my dress fitting I had to exchange my dress for a 2 sizes smaller!! Michelle did an awesome job to keep me motivated even those mornings I wasn't feeling up to doing anything, I always left feel great after a workout with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their overall health habits not just working out. She never made me feel like I wasn't doing my part and always remained positive. Best advice I still use today "If you can breathe through it you can do anything!" I've used that in ALL areas of my life not just when hitting the treadmill.
