Karen started bootcamp in March and finished her twelve weeks in May 2012. Karen has lost 19#, 16 inches, and improved her pushups from none to 20, improved her situps from 20 to 50 and has improved her overall stamina and endurance. "Kim Howard was amazing from day one.
