Samantha's Success Story
I have been running and working out seriously to lose weight and get in better shape for a little over 9 months. After starting to get bored with my routine, I decided to give boot camp with Markese a try and I loved it! Markese is great instructor and challenged me to try new and different exercises. Every class he had us performing different moves to keep things fun and engaging. He was able to challenge everyone in the class no matter their level of fitness. I am really seeing changes in my shape and muscle tone, which is awesome! I was excited and motivated to go to, not just for the results, but also for the great friendships and camaraderie that developed. I would highly recommend this class to everyone! It gave me something to look forward to every week!
