Melissa's Success Story

I met Chandalyn last year (2008) through a friend. I tried out her boot camp class at Webb Bridge Park and was hooked! To think a trainer who did not just stand around and bark orders.... She got right in and did everything she asked us to do herself. She made working out fun. She knew just how far to push us, and never let us quit till we were truly done. She made those atrophied muscles come back to life and helped me to regain the strength I had lost.

Sadly over the summer I fell off the bandwagon and stopped working out, I went back to my old ways and gained back any weight I had lost..... Luckily this fall after vowing to myself and my kids that I would get in shape, I got back in touch with Chandalyn and she was right there with added support and help. She had some new ideas and concepts for me to try, and I was ready for anything and totally committed to whatever she would throw my way.

This fall myself and three other great ladies have been working out with Chandalyn under the Biggest Looser format. We work out 3 times a week, weigh in once a week, and keep track of everything we eat!!!!! So far I am 11 weeks in and have lost almost 15 lbs. And inches over my entire body. My success is due to my terrific team of dedicated gals and a super trainer !!! Chandalyn makes every workout a blast and really works the entire body to reshape strengthen, and tighten each and every body part.... She has changed the way I think about food and how I feel about exercise. Now I don't feel good(usually tired) unless I have gotten in a good workout. Today I was able to run a mile and a half with my dog...

That is something I would have never attempted to do before working out with Chandalyn. I have more stamina and no longer am out of breath running up and down the stairs of my house. I am confident that with Chandalyn's help I will reach my goal for loosing a total of 41 lbs. by next fall.... I know I am doing it the right way this time, because I have the help and support of a knowledgeable certified trainer...
