I’ve been an athlete my whole life and at 43, feel I’m in my best shape now more than ever before. As Beth Dolce has said; “Results are 80% food choices”, and this is so true. I only saw body composition results after she worked with me on changing my diet, daily food logging on my fitness pal, in addition to small group training and/or Body Performance and Boot camp classes 3-4 times a week. I’m so grateful for Beth and her amazing classes. I was seeking something challenging to increase my fitness level and to fill the void of not playing competitive team sports as much anymore, but received so much more! She is not only a phenomenal leader and coach, but one who inspires a sense of community “team” that motivates me each and every class. Her classes are fun, different every time, challenging for persons of all ages and fitness levels and everyone leaves with a smile and a sense of accomplishment. Beth has and continues to provide me with the tools to make fitness and nutrition a lifelong passion, giving me a chance at living a healthy and active life now and in the future.
