Kim's Success Story
Kim joined my Body Back class in August 2012. In her initial phone interview, she said she was back up to her pregnancy weight and needed to do something about it. In four months she had lost 21 pounds, dropped her mile run time over two and a half minutes, and doubled (or better) the number of squats and push-ups she could do in one minute. She is now an avid runner, preparing for the Long Beach 1/2 marathon. SHe has already completed several 5 and 10K races.
