Bikini and Beyond

Julie 's Success Story

Julie came to me in early 2011 wanting to compete in her first Bikini competition. She had never competed before but wanted to challenge herself in a whole new way. As a busy mother, wife and full time teacher, she didn't know where to start. That’s when she came to me for help. We set the date for her first show which would take place in late spring. Julie was excited and ready to dive in head first.

We had a lot of work to do in order to mold her body to the right size and shape. She did her homework and 12 week later competed in her first bikini show. Because she had never competed before she had no clue how a competitive fitness and bikini show is ran nor did she know what the judges were looking for in her presentation. Unfortunately she didn't place well and was cast to the background.
This gave her drive! She wanted it. She was hooked and loved competing. Julie had already set her mind to do another show in late fall. Again we went back to the grind of fixing all minor flaws and make little adjustments to her physique. This time we made sure every detail was flawless. This time I traveled with her to assist with make-up, tan, hair, and bikini prep, to make sure everything was perfect! Julie once again put in the hard work and in November she competed again and won her class.

Julie is now nationally qualified and hopes to compete this coming year at Jr. Nationals
