I have trained with Melanie for over 8 years now and followed her to three different clubs because I love the way she trains and how she keeps the workouts fresh and fun! She constantly reads, trains, attends seminars and does research to keep up to date on the best exercises, movements, nutrition facts, equipment, etc. She has tailored movements and exercises specifically to needs whether they are back pain, pregnancy, surgery, etc. She listens! I am 55 years old and continue to be in good sharpe. I give Melanie all the credit as she inspires, coaches, pushes and nudges to keep us mindful.
