1. Can you tell your story about your health and wellness journey?

My health and wellness journey has been up and down. I've always been mindful of my outwardly appearance eating somewhat healthy and going through times of weight yo-yoing. But really didn't understand the importance of exercise in the overall scheme of my life.

I've discovered that exercise does actually boost my energy level, improves my mood, improves my overall health, helps manage my weight and it can actually be fun thanks to Becca!

I realize that life is change and often the changes seem random and unpredictable. I was stuck in a situation that I wanted to change but was unclear how to even begin. Fittness Inspiration helped me realize that the change I sought was a struggle that I had to physically and mentally prepare for. There is no quick fix, there is no easy way. It's hard work, kids or no kids, work or not work, alone or with a group. You are changing your whole lifestyle. I made a commitment to do just that!

2. What results have you experienced since beginning your program at Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc.?

The most exciting result for me is that I can actually tie the strings on my tennis shoes. No kidding, before Becca became my personal trainer I could not cross my legs and reach my shoes without excruising pain in my hip and lower back. With her expert knowledge of stretching and exercising I am now able to not only tie my shoes but walk a mile in 15 minutes or less. Not bad for a 68 year old grandmother!

3. I hear you are a mother, a grandmother, a business owner, a professional, a friend, a grandmother, a leader in our community - and you still make time for regular exercise. How do you do this?

I had to make a commitment to ME knowing that I am a key part of my family and our business. Before I made this commitment exercising was the last thing I felt like doing. It is now one of the important elements that helps keep me balanced when managing the stress in my life. I've read and been told numerous times that exercise is one of the best stress reducers. It's not only good for the body but its also good for the mind. I am definitely a believer. What I have accomplished working out with Becca is amazing, not only outward appearance but mentally driven to take care of ME.

4. What do you enjoy most about Fitness INSPIRATION! Inc.?

This is a tough question "what do I enjoy the most about Fitness Inspiration"...

We all need role models for inspiration; to challenge us to take ownership for our fitness or lack of fitness; to understand our strengths and weaknesses; we need a personal trainer that can provide clients with a workout routine that optimizes their performance. I have found that role model at Fitness Inspiration!
