Elvin's Success Story

After focusing on weight training and interval training three times per week and a 15min session of interval cardio before and after our 1hr sessions and intense stretching at the end focusing on his hamstrings Elvin discovered he could touch his toes!!! And better yet he found out that his shorts were falling off, thus he was able to tighten his belt two notches. WHAT N INSPIRATION!

Lots of weights, and interval cardio. Stretching, mobility work and consistency. That's a recipe for success.
