SO“ when I moved out of my parents house, fell in love and got an office job“everything went down hill. I gained nearly 30 lbs!!!! But, now I can say these were before, and it’s all in the past!
Angela joined our Power Plate studio about 10 months ago and experienced results in the first 3 months of Vibration Training. Angela started a 3 times per week training schedule and when she got stronger (3 weeks later), she was able to train consistently 4 to 5 days per week. She took advantage of the many vibration training programs we offer such as, cardio on the Power Plate, kick boxing, body sculpture and boot camps. Another important aspect of her training included changing her regular food diet: Eating 5 times a day, the correct portion, having protein in every meal, multiple vitamins, and plenty of water.
I joined Power Plate at Streamline Vibrations, in Aventura, FL and put in hard work and dedication to lose the EX-boyfriend layer, and the whole 30 lbs! Plus, I gained muscle and am still continuing to tone and make my body the best it can be with healthy eating and POWER PLATE! But, now I can say these were before, and it’s all in the past!
