When one of my clients first came to me, she set very realistic and attainable wellness goals. She cares mostly about her overall wellness and knows weight loss will come if she focuses on her health vice the scale. In order to give her tangible proof of her changes, we started with some initial assessments which included a flamingo stance balance test. In 4 weeks time of training 2 times per week, this client TRIPLED her balance time! It was a great feat we continue to celebrate as I integrate more balance challenges into her work outs.
