Liz's Success Story
Though fit and active, Liz came into personal training because she had back and neck pain. She played tennis frequently and also loved to run. She did not want her neck and back issues from preventing her from what she loved doing.
Her training program for the first week focused on corrective exercises as well as lengthening and stretching the muscles. She responded extremely well and was great at following through on her 20 minute home programs. She reported her back and neck weren't "acting up anymore"; therefore, starting with week 2, I was able to incorporate strength and dynamic flexibility into her program design.
Within just 4 weeks, she was able to see noticable results.
