Having been athletic and food conscious my entire life I found myself still unhappy with one particular part of my body, my stomach, and after researching options on how to “fix” it I turned to not only the best athletic trainer that I know but also a good friend of mine for help. I’ve always loved working out and was a comfortable with my weight and size but not knowing exactly what I needed to be doing with my diet drove me nuts. Sara was able to adjust my daily workouts and set the proper food guidelines for me to get my body to more efficiently burn the fat that I wanted to get rid of.
With strict self discipline and morning workouts with Sara, I was able to lose 20 lbs, numerous pants sizes, % body fat and over 10” in about 6 weeks! Once I saw the before and after pictures I couldn’t believe what a difference she had made. I couldn’t and wouldn’t have done it without her and since then I’ve been able to keep the weight off and have run my first half marathon and am now training for a full marathon and a triathlon!
