Dan Schmally's Success Story
Dan came in with arthritis in his lower back, he had had surgery about 30 years prior due to a dirt biking accident. He always had tightness and walked on around as if someone was pushing his back in.
After about 4 weeks of training for 4 days a week for an hour that included resistance training, sessions static stretching, deep tissue massage, Self myofascial release mainly in the lower back, and strengthening exercises in the lower back and hips to help improve strength and stability. Dan had managed to loosen up. He went from being unable to bend, to doing long sets of crunches.
