Joanna's Success Story
I began going to Stacey’s Step & Strength class with a goal of losing some weight and getting toned, especially my arms, legs and abs. I attended her class about three days a week for two months to start with. During the first month, along with doing her workouts, I cut down on my carbs. I lost 15 pounds that first month and my muscles were beginning to get tone. By the end of the 2nd month, my arms looked fabulous and tank tops were my new favorite thing because I felt so great about how I was getting in shape! Her workouts combine aerobic activity with strength training so I was really able to get my cardio and muscle training all in one class. The results were amazing. My skin started to have a healthy glow, I was wearing less makeup and for the first time in my life I began to start doing some running. Stacey’s cardio and strength training allowed me to run longer distances in a way that I had never been able to. I HIGHLY recommend Stacey. She is positive, focused and KNOWS what she’s doing. Absolutely wonderful! I’m in my 9th month of pregnancy now, and cannot wait to get back to her classes! I’m confident that I will get back in shape again with the help of Stacey!
