"I began the Herve workout plan over a month ago in San Diego, California, and all I have seen is results. For months I had been at the same weights getting no progress, but after using Herve’s workout plan it seems to have gotten me over the hump. After only 4 weeks I have gained 5 pounds of muscle and dropped nearly 2% body fat. I am currently 185 pounds at 8% body fat.
