Paula's Success Story

When I transitioned from the Navy in 2009 after 20 years of service I gained over 20 pounds and at 5’1” I was at my heaviest weight of 168 pounds. Having very little confidence I began to workout at the local base gyms. I was never one to diet and my workout regimen was sporadic so the challenges for me were consistency and not knowing what I needed to do to lose the weight. In addition to working out on the base I started taking boot camp classes on Saturdays with UR Life Now Fitness. Once the weight started coming off and I began to get stronger my confidence returned. After a year I felt I needed to challenge myself further so I began to add personal training sessions twice per week. Willie’s personal training experience and love of fitness helped me to exceed my goal. The customized training turned out to be the best investment I could have made and although I’ve reached my weight loss goal I’m more fit today than I was when I was in the Navy. I will always be a part of the UR Life Now Fitness family!
