's Success Story
In 1998, Staci obtained a Masters of Social Work degree from Boston University. She went to work in her field with the goal of improving the quality of life for all her clients. She worked with clients with the elderly, children needing forever families, families seeking to adopt and individuals with developmental disabilities. Meanwhile, she volunteered her time to work with children affected and infected by HIV/AIDS.
While struggling with weight throughout her life, Staci became interested in fitness and living a healthier lifestyle. She began focusing on eating healthy, hiking, taking fitness classes, and even hired a personal trainer. She still uses a personal trainer today. Seeing and feeling the results of a more active lifestyle, Staci developed a passion for fitness. She began teaching group fitness classes in 2005.
With her positive energy and ability to relate to the everyday struggles of fitness - it is no surprise her classes soon became popular. Staci began to collect certifications and expand her classes, which include strength training, Zumba, Kinesis and Boot Camp. Finding her true calling, Staci became certified as a personal trainer in 2009.
Soon after leaving her job as a social worker, she began working full-time as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Every day, through fitness, she applies her professional goal which is to improve the lives of her clients. Better health, weight loss, improved performance and happiness are just the wonderful effects of her goals.
