Melanie truly changed the way I think about fitness. I used to dread working out as just another chore on my checklist, but her enthusiasm, positive attitude, and knowledge of her field are amazing motivators. Just a few weeks into our training, I found myself looking forward to our sessions, and seeing positive changes in my body and energy level! Soon after that, Melanie challenged me to complete my first 3 mile run (encouraging me every step of the way), and crossing that finish line was the proudest moment I'd felt in a long, long time. In the year since I've known Melanie, I've made it a priority to get out and get moving as much as possible, and my quality of life is a million times better as a result.
