Bill Counts has helped me to realize many aspects of body fitness and how a healthy diet and exercise are important. He is very dedicated to
the importance of any person to maintain a strong good healthy lifestyle.
Our workout routine has basically been focused on many different exercises, from weight lifting of numerous parts of the body, followed by stretching those areas worked after several repetitions and followed with additional cardio exercise. I do feel that I have achieved more with Bill’s training program than what I have been previously able to experience with prior trainers. He somehow seems to give me more motivation and support.
Bill is vey knowledgeable in this field and has always been friendly, humorous, as well as providing me with a supportive push to help me develop and maintain my goal for more needed strength and endurance.
