Kerry Layton 's Success Story
Kerry did not workout for over 13 years prior to joining MDI 8 - Fitness Boot Camp. In the beginning, he could not even run 100 yards without stopping. However, through the right structure and accountability, he was able to gain momentum, lose weight, and begin to get his life back. He went on to lose 50lbs and run a 1/2 marathon in 2012.
For 2+ years, he has been an active member at our MDI 8 - Fitness Boot Camp as a LIFESTYLE!~
