Kevin's Success Story
Before training with Stacie, I had been exercising outdoors consistently, sometimes 4 to 5 times per week. This went on for about 2 years. However, after a certain point, I seemed to plateau and not be able to turn things around.
In the first week of training with Stacie, I could see so much progress, I started to believe that her superior level of fitness was also possible for me. In fact, during the first week I lost 7 pounds, whereas with my own training I was only losing about one pound per week.
I really like the way Stacie mixes up the elements of my training. One session we do various exercises on the CDM stairs, the next session it’s interval exercises and core work, and the next session we combine these exercise with jogging, strength training and sprinting the beach. Never a dull moment.
In addition to the fun and interesting exercise routines, Stacie has also designed an easy to follow weekly meal plan that assists me in my health, recovery and weight loss. Overall, Stacie provides a very comprehensive approach to fitness and weight loss. It is now 6 weeks since I began with Stacie and I have already lost 24 pounds! Who would believe that? And just as surprising, I am now training for my first Sprint Triathlon!
