Rebecca's Success Story

In 20 sessions Rebecca lost 20lbs of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle decreasing her body fat percentage from 35% to 27%. She also lost 3 1/2 inches off her waist, 3 inches off her bust, 2 1/2 inches off her hips, 2 inches off her thighs, and 1/2 an inch off her arms.
