Jane as I call her is the greatest trainer for ALL women. I say this because she taught me how to love my body and treat it as a queen.Whether you're looking for a good workout,losing weight or building muscle; she's your lady. I've grown strength and cofidents to lift weights and see my true potential. Her knowledge is pure and goes out of her to know YOUR body. She encourages, shares and is sensitive to all needs. This woman means a lot to me because she helped me feel beautiful again. Living with hypothyroidism has its challenges but she makes me feel normal aginain.

She's a great trainer, very enthusiastic about training. Wants to see you succeed. She's very reliable too. Friendly and supportive, always willing to encourage you when you need it. I would recommend her for anyone really wanting/needing a good push in the right direction.

Fantastic trainer! She's very nice and genuinely wants to see you succeed in your fitness goals, and she will make it happen. She also has many web resources that you might find useful or interesting on her fitness facebook page.
