Alex is by far the best trainer I have had! He provides individualized training and every workout is a challenge, nothing monotonous. He has helped me with my foot and shoulder issues and I have improved. The best part is that he is focused and is not distracted as several of my previous trainers had been. He is very knowledgeable and it definitely is a plus if you have existing injuries he will tell you what do and it works! I definitely look forward to training with Alex even though it is tough, but I am certainly seeing results!

I've trained with Alex a few times and I really enjoyed his motivational teaching, inspirational encouragement, and positive critiques. He mainly focused on perfecting my workout form, which helps me ultimately get the most out of my workout while keeping safety as a priority. I also really liked how he guided the workouts to meet my own individual needs. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone in need of a workout motivator!!

I started to see Alex for individual training a little over a year ago. He provides an individualized approach to goals and as I've progressed, he's challenged me to really amp up my workouts. I've lost 30# and more inches that I can even count! He's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and fun to train with! I'd recommend his expertise to anyone!

Alex is a great trainer. He is very personnel to your health issue and needs. He is fun and energetic while being professional. He work with my health issue and was very knowledgeable about my issue. He built a special workout for me. Always on time and very flexible to your schedule. I would highly recommend Alex.

My husband I i have been seeing Alex for about 2 years, he is passionate about what he does! He believes in his program and gives you the tools to believe in yourself. I can say with certainty that you will never be bored..and that you will probably be sore. He is inventive with our workouts and we rarely do the same thing more than a handful of times. Also, if he sees you at the gym without him he will encourage you and sometimes even jump in, and do some cardio or sets with you. We are both extremely satisfied with our results! As nurses we spend a lot of time in our feet running from one thing to another and as we gained weight we noticed how hard it was to be fast ans efficient. Alex helped us regain our strength and feel confident at work again! If you are looking for someone to push you to be your best then he is the guy for you!

I've worked with several personal trainers in the past and Alex is by far "the" best. He definitely knows his craft. His very individualized training not only helped me reach my goals, but surpass them. He constantly keeps me challenged by pushing me and also motivating me along the way. His workouts are never dull and although I have been working with him for over a year now, I have never done the same workout twice. I look forward to each and every workout and leave the gym feeling a sense of accomplishment. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone who wants to reach their fitness goals. He will find a way to get you to reach your goals and probably even surpass them.

I would highly recommend Alex's training services. I have seen great improvement with myself while working with Alex. I have dropped two pant sizes, and have lost body fat along with gaining muscle. With Alex's help I have gained back my confidence to lose weight because I want to better myself. Alex is a great motivator. He is always motivating me to push myself to reach my full potential during a workout. Alex keeps my interest in the workout routines he prepares due the fact the routines vary so that one does not get bored with the same old routine. The routines that Alex prepares are fantastic and really challenges oneself. I appreciate everything Alex has done to help me lose weight and keep me on track to reach my goal. Alex is by far a great trainer, and I would suggest his services if you are looking to improve yourself in the gym environment.

My wife and I have been training with Alex for over 6 months and have gotten great results! He is a very great coach who make workouts fun and challenging; provides individualized training; and has something new all the time. We have recommended Alex to others who would say the same. Alex is a great personal trainer, he is commited to helping you better yourself mental, and physically. He always has a new workout for me so it isn't the same thing every time he focuses on targeting different muscles, and a good cardio workoit at the same time! I highly recommend Alex when it comes to weight loss,weight gain, strength, condotioning, you have it.

I have been seeing Alex for about three months now. I came to him with my goals of shedding excess weight and building muscle. Although it is tough and Alex is focused, I still enjoy how he keeps me interested. I have lost fat and put on muscle. I would recommend Alex to anyone who wants to get in shape. He is not like other trainers that just want your money, he wants you to achieve your goals. The best trainer I have used by far and will continue to do so
