Will is an excellent trainer and I have worked with him for over 3 years on and off. When I started off my goals were weight loss and we managed to get that attained in 6 months through personalized exercises and change in my diet. I then took a long break and did no gain the weight back but a couple of pounds. I went back to Will for toning and we are getting that done now. Will gives you different work outs so you are never bored, he makes work outs fun and also focuses on whatever your fitness goals are. If you want to see lasting results, contact Will!

Will is an EXCELLENT trainer, who focuses on what you want to achieve out of each of your sessions as well as your overall goals. He is an awesome motivator and well-knowledgeable in personal training and nutrition. He rotates the workouts so you are never bored with working out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs that extra push and support to reach his/her goals.
