I found Bill through a friend who raved about him, and I have been really happy too! I have chronic back issues, and he was meticulous and systematic about figuring out what would work and at what pace. I have steadily gotten stronger and the muscles he was able to isolate for strengthening has really helped my back and increased my daily body awareness overall for better movement and posture - helping the sore muscles unclench and stronger ones learn to step up and do their jobs! He also has a great sense of humor and mixes things up so they don't get boring - and he won't let me slack off. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the kind words, Marie! A good trainer works hard to understand the client's needs, prescribe the right exercises and lay out a progressive plan for improved function and strength. It's up to the client to be disciplined and do the work if they want to see results. You've taken ownership and achieved your own successes - all respect to you for that. Here's to continuing the journey...

I found Bill through this website as I was looking for help for my dad. The reason I chose Bill is because of his experience with "rehabilitation" and "senior fitness". My Dad is only 72 but has some health issues and we needed some help to try to get him stronger and healthier again. I sent Bill a message and he was very prompt and getting back to me. Bill came to my Dad's house and was so good with him; Bill was exactly what we needed. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable; he taught us how the body uses it's muscles for strength, balance, etc. He also taught us about food support for the muscles. He evaluated my dad, worked with him and put him on an exercise regimen. He came 2 times a week and every he would evaluate Dad's progress and adjust his routine. Bill is wonderful and we appreciate him so much; he's professional, personable, patient and caring. My dad is doing much better and I would highly recommend Bill to ANYONE! Thanks Bill!
