It is a personal decision, however I think there is one thing everyone should consider before consuming dairy. Know where it is coming from. The closer to home we can buy our food, the better. I do not think shape-up shoes are any more effective than any other fitness shoe. However, if owning a pair are going to motivate someone to exercise who otherwise was not, then great!

I know that I have to get my own exercise in early in the day or chances are, it won't happen. I remind myself how good it feels to do that for myself (and no one else can do it for me).
